Solar power generation in Brazil has shown phenomenal growth over the past decade. From an installed capacity of only 8MW in 2013, it reached 34.9GW by the end of 2023, and surpassed 40GW by the end of March this year.Brazil's photovoltaic (PV) power generation capacity has grown by more than 4,300 times over the past ten years, making it the largest country in Latin America with the largest PV power generation capacity installed.
